What to Wear
Pick a comfy workout outfit you don’t mind getting really dirty. Possibly ruined. Better yet, plan a team outfit & enter the Best Outfit Contest!
What to Pack
An ID, sunscreen, old bath towel, garbage bag (for dirty laundry), and post-run lounging clothes. Cash for parking.
Leave It
We hate losing stuff. Leave your jewelry and valuables at home. Rings are quite difficult to find in mud pits. Bad Moods? Leave those behind too.

Time to Arrive
Plan to arrive 1 hour prior to your wave start to have ample time to pack, check-in, valet your bag, warm-up, and avoid unnecessary stress.
Parking
Just a short stroll from the Party-Area. Parking is $12 per car, so please max out your fun and carpool.
Cheer Squad
Men, kids, family and friends, invite your whole crew to cheer you on as you dominate the course. There is no charge for spectators.
